2. It will be worth it.

I regularly get asked “Why should I create a personal development plan?”. To me, personal growth is the school that requires no tuition. It’s the greatest university you can ever attend. You can do more for yourself than anyone else ever will, and more appropriately, more than anyone else ever can.
