Whip It, Whip It Good
When whipping cream, you need to ensure all ingredients and utensils are chilled.
Do this by leaving the cream in the coldest part of the refrigerator throughout the night and by putting the bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before whipping.
Pour the cold cream in the equally cold bowl; add any flavorings if required; add some sugar and then mix all ingredients at high speed with a hand mixer till soft peaks form.
