You can hear the thunder? Tropic - thunder that is! Tropic Thunder was an entertaining and was also a very interesting concept for a buy dvd film. The first section of the movie has an energy and wit that makes it a joy to behold, but even still as Ben Stiller tries to bring it all together into a cohesive hole, the humor drains from the dvd, and it all turns a little tiresome.
One of the funniest aspects of the buy dvd movie is Robert Downey Jr.’s character, Kirk Lazarus. In the actual movie, Kirk Lazarus is an method actor who really likes to delve into his characters, and this time he goes to no end and pulls a reverse-Michael Jackson, hilarious!
