Well, our old faithful heat pump is just about on it’s last legs. Considering the life span of a heat pump made in the early 80’s was about 10 years if you’re lucky, getting almost 25 years out of ours was pretty amazing. But we finally decided to get the new one installed before old faithful quit on us. After doing a lot of research we opted for a new Trane Heat pump system. We looked at many of the different brands and models available and came to a decision that Trane offered the highest quality level backed by a very strong warranty. Trane was our choice.

Just some random thoughts…I have been impressed of late with how you can tell a lot about the owner of a cat by the name they give to their favorite feline. For example, some people - usually childless - give their pet cat names similar to a child, like ‘baby’ or ‘junior’. Other, more educated, pet owners might give their pets a name that is more literary, such as ‘Juliet’ (for Shakespeare’s famous young lady), or ‘Leo’ (after Leo Tolstoy). My favorite name is ‘Scarecrow’ - named for a neighbor’s rather shaggy, and stupid, tabby. Yes, you learn a lot about people - from their pet’s names.

The skin condition known as acne is one of the most painful parts of the teenage years.
